FROM 60+ UP

Movement from 60 years of age - to stay independent, fit and mobile!

If you get older a training is still very important. I even would say more important. You  do want to keep your bones strang (osteoporosis), keep your mobility (walking stairs and picking up things), not getting out of breath too quickly (again walking stairs) and keeping your mind awake. 

In these Small Group Trainings "Legends" everyone from 60+ up can attend.

The training sessions are containing the following:

 

  • Coordination

  • Mobility

  • Strength

  • General Fitness
