In these private sessions you get a 1:1 training. This guarantees high quality and intensity to get the most out of your training.

If you want to train with a friend or partner, I also offer 2:1 sessions with special rates.

The Olympic Weightlifting sessions also include video analysises.


The sessions will be between 60 and 90 minutes, .
